Terms and Conditions

  • All learners must have attained the prerequisite knowledge level prior to commencement of the webinars/workshop/assessment in order to successfully meet stated learning objectives/competencies.
  • Invoices should be paid in full not later than 10 working days prior to start of workshop. Interest, at 2% above HSBC base rate, will be charged on invoices outstanding at the start of the workshop
  • Confirmation of the above will be forwarded upon processing of this order.
  • Provisional bookings must be secured by a completed booking form at least 10 working days prior to commencement of the workshop. Tackle Ltd cannot guarantee availability of provisional dates booked within 10 working days.
  • Tackle Ltd reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change workshops as necessary, particularly where on-site workshops are unable to proceed due to technical difficulties out of the control of Tackle Ltd.
  • Open workshops run with a minimum of 4 learners, maximum of 8. Private workshops run with a minimum of 1 learner, maximum to be agreed
  • Alterations to bookings must be forwarded in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) and confirmed by Tackle Ltd.
  • Learners may be contacted directly in order to evaluate post-course transfer of learning into the workplace.

Cancellation Policy

    Notice Period for bookings re-scheduled or cancelled:

    20 or more working days - Full refund.

    15-19 working days 50% - refund

    10-14 working days 25% - refund

    Less than 10 working days - No refund
