PTLLS and The NHS

City & Guilds (7303) Award PTLLS level 3

Lifelong Learning - As you are aware 'Lifelong Learning' is a key element of HR Modernisation in the NHS and is fundamental to the delivery of the NHS plan to modernise education and training.

This is a key strategy in improving the workforce supply, both in terms of recruitment & retention (by offering development opportunities to NHS employees at all levels) and as a means of improving the quality of the workforce input to patient care.
Two Key Areas of the Governments vision

1. Access to education, training and development should be as open and flexible as possible - with no discrimination in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, availability to part time/full time staff, geographical location.

2. NHS staff who are entitled to work in an environment which equips them with the skills to perform their current to the best of their ability, developing their roles and career potential, working individually and in teams in more creative and fulfilling ways.
Our flexible approach to training needs

To aid you we have put together a City and Guilds PTLLS award course that meets this requirement.

Our 'PTLLS webinar' programme is internet based so your extremely busy and hard pressed trainers can attend webinars at times to suit themselves. The practical assessment can be carried out on site which results in minimum disruption to their workflow.
We also have a four day intensive course available which can be run at your site or a suitable nearby location.

We also have a number of  'Institute of Leadership and Management' webinars and a programme on how to use the 'Balanced Scorecard' Performance Management System available.

Finally, our course packages are competitively priced and offer excellent value while meeting all your training requirements.
