A key component of the governments vision for modernisaton of NHS training is
that the staff providing the training appointed after September 2007 have a
National Framework Qualification, initially Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong
Learning Sector, and certainly if your Trust is in receipt of LSC (Learning
Skills Council) funding.
